Refund Policy

All rentals and bookings at our recreation centre must be paid in advance by credit card. We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused time for any reason.
