Seba Beach School – Photo Shoot Location

The Seba Beach School offers a distinctive setting for photo shoots, combining academic character with nostalgic charm. Available for hourly rental, it provides a unique and exclusive backdrop for photographers and creative professionals looking for something truly different.

 

Rental Rate:  $60 per hour + GST

 

What’s Included

  • Access to one classroom (approximately 400 sq ft)

  • Access to the school hallways

  • Access to the gymnasium (subject to availability)

 

Eligibility: This offer is available to photographers and other businesses that carry valid third-party liability insurance.

 

House Rules

  • All spaces must be left clean upon departure

  • A cleaning fee of $50 per hour will apply if additional cleaning is required

 

A rental contract, including a liability waiver, will be provided and must be signed prior to the booking.
