Room Rentals
SebaHub offers a variety of rooms that can be rented for a few hours, a few days or long term. Our Gym is only available for short term rental and is subject to availability. There are however a wide variety or rooms of different sizes and configurations that can be used for meetings, events, get together, weddings and more.
Our Gym
Our gym space is available for rent for Special Events, Sports, Camps, Theatre Events, Fundraisers, Clubs, etc. Available with or without catering space (additional charges may apply).

We have business tenant spaces available. Both year-round and seasonal businesses welcome!
These spaces are ready and waiting for a new life! A variety of exciting spaces are available.
Makers Space
Our Makers space is the former school shop class, it has venting and electric as well as welding booths and more. A great place to create and build.
Photo Shoots
The Seba Beach School offers a distinctive setting for photo shoots, to learn more about options are rates
