The Building
The Seba Beach School
From Schoolhouse to Community Hub
The former Seba Beach School sits at the heart of our community — a building that once shaped young minds and now stands ready for a new chapter. We are converting this beloved structure into SebaHub: a vibrant community recreation center, business incubator, and Alberta's first Social Impact Capitalism charter school.
Designed with input from the community, the renovated space will house over 2,000 square metres of flexible workspace, classrooms, creative studios, a community café, and gathering spaces. Every element is designed to foster connection, learning, and entrepreneurship — creating a place where the village comes together.
What the Building Will Hold
Every room in the building serves a purpose — and every purpose serves the community.

The Charter School Vision
Alberta's first Social Impact Capitalism charter school will educate approximately 80 students from kindergarten through grade 12. The curriculum is built around entrepreneurship, community leadership, and the principles of Purpose with Profit — giving students the tools to build businesses that serve their communities.
Every student will graduate not only with academic credentials but with real-world business experience, a social impact project, and a deep understanding of what it means to be a Wisdom Giant in their community.
Because it takes a vibrant village to grow an amazing child — and our job is to grow amazing children 30 years out.
